won the award “Best Residential High-Rise Architecture 2015” in Mexico

The recognition for the residential design of Gomez Vazquez International was given by Americas Property Awards 2015.

In order to recognize and celebrate the highest levels of the Real Estate industry and architecture around the world, International Property Awards, based in London, provides a number of awards in different categories around the world. The jury is formed by an experienced multidisciplinary team of specialists in real estate, architecture, design and marketing, which evaluate each project from different areas.

"Bosque Real Towers" located in Huixquilucan in Mexico City, west of the city, offers a complete lifestyle, different and unique. This development has a magnificent location, because it has some spectacular panoramic views of the canyon.

The development “Bosque Real Towers” has 3 towers, in which each one has 36 levels of departments, basement parking spaces and a lower level of amenities, including services like event salon, kids club, gym, business center, administration room and bathrooms. Also, the towers have big terraces with an excellent landscape design. This project is the result of the analysis of potentialities and conditions of the site; also, we looked to find a direct relation with respect, between the natural elements and the building, taking full advantage of the magnificent views to the canyon and the spectacular golf course, this topic becoming the design premise for orientation and location of the towers. All this together gives to Bosque Real Towers a unique concept, making it the ideal residential place to leave a legacy through time.
