The beach resort that will redefine the architecture for hospitality in Los Cabos.
The new resort by Grupo Pueblo Bonito, located in Quivira, Los Cabos, proposes a new ´one of a kind´ touristic destination which complements their very well-known “Sunset Beach” and “Pacifica” hotels, both located in the same area. This new complex proposes an innovative architectural style that is a synthesis between traditional and contemporary Mexican architecture.

The project consist of a five star hotel and time share resort with capacity for 750 rooms with clear views to the sea, and offers a wide range of amenities and recreational spaces to their guests in a family oriented environment.
Patios, porticos, gardens, pergolas, terraces and generous vegetation are commonly found throughout the hotel inviting the guests to make use of the outdoor spaces as much as the interior of the buildings.

Conceptually, the hotel has been designed as a cluster of 5 different characteristic zones that respond to the natural conditions of the site and its topography, and where each one of them offer interestingly different experiences to its visitors: the “Pueblo”, the “dune”, the “lagoon”, the mountain” and “the oasis” create a large assembly of different spaces that share the same architectural style and amazing views to the Pacific Ocean.

The hotel comprises 150,00m2 of built area, within which it accommodates 6 restaurants, a destination spa, a 450-person events center, a gym, a chapel, a kid´s club, a business center, a beach club, tennis courts, sales rooms, a weddings´ show room and 4 swimming pools.

“It will be a Mexican-contemporary hotel where the guests will have a different experience every time they visit it”
