Spanning over 1,280 hectares, the project brings together residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational uses into a cohesive and future-forward urban ecosystem.
The plan is structured through a phased development strategy that ensures long-term adaptability and growth. Each district is carefully organized to promote connectivity, efficiency, and a balanced urban life, where infrastructure, landscape, and built form operate as a unified system.
Designed as a multi-layered city, Panama Global City integrates mobility, public space, and mixed-use environments to create a dynamic and walkable urban experience. From large-scale avenues to pedestrian and cycling networks, every layer of movement enhances accessibility and encourages interaction across the development.
The project responds directly to its natural context, incorporating water systems, environmental buffers, and topographic conditions into the design. Hydraulic studies, protected areas, and ecological considerations shape the master plan, ensuring resilience and sustainability as core principles of its development.
