Anchored by Andaz Heber Valley, branded residences, and expansive retail and dining offerings, the village is built to foster connection, wellness, and outdoor adventure across all seasons.

The hotel draws inspiration from ski resorts in Austria and Italy. Architecturally, it is influenced by Japanese design, emphasizing simple forms, natural materials, black wood, texture, and a sense of simplicity that alludes to Japanese aesthetics.
The upper portion of the project features volumes inserted over the main structure. The penthouses, designed with sloped ceilings, were given a distinctive character through the use of different materials.
The hotel incorporates high ceilings and interior vegetation to enhance the spatial experience. One of the key ideas behind the hotel was to unite four concepts: family, fitness, food, and fun, all inspired by Europe.
In the upper portion of the building, volumes are inserted over the main structure, creating a layered composition. The penthouses feature sloped ceilings and are differentiated through the use of distinct materials, giving them a unique architectural identity.
High ceilings were incorporated throughout the hotel to enhance spatial quality, and vegetation was integrated into the interior architecture to strengthen the connection between space and nature.
