Serena by the Sea is conceived as a point of balance between architecture, water, and experience. More than a residential development, it is a spatial strategy that redefines how the edge is inhabited—a place where calm is not incidental, but intentionally designed.
The master plan responds to a precise logic of orientation, views, and privacy. Each volume is positioned to capture the horizon while maintaining a sense of intimacy. The architecture is articulated through horizontal planes and deep terraces that blur the boundary between inside and out, allowing light, breeze, and the reflection of water to shape the atmosphere of each space.
From a product perspective, the project goes beyond housing to become a complete lifestyle experience.
