We’ve officially broken ground on The Slope in Heber Valley, marking the beginning of Heber City’s first luxury alpine village.
Located in one of Utah’s most sought-after mountain regions, this milestone marks the start of a thoughtfully designed community where architecture, nature, and human connection converge. The project integrates hospitality, branded residences, wellness, and retail into a year-round alpine lifestyle destination.

At the core of the development, Andaz Heber Valley is defined by a refined architectural approach focused on simplicity, materiality, and spatial clarity.
Natural materials, black wood, and layered volumes shape a distinctive architectural identity. Penthouses with sloped ceilings introduce variation, while expansive interiors with high ceilings and integrated vegetation strengthen the connection between built space and the surrounding mountain landscape.

The Slope will feature an 85-key luxury resort, more than 200 branded residences, and over 100,000 square feet of curated retail and dining. Designed for year-round living, the project offers a comprehensive mix of wellness, recreation, and social experiences.
Amenities are distributed across key levels to maximize panoramic mountain views, including pools, spa facilities, fitness spaces, restaurants, and social venues. The architectural program supports a lifestyle centered on four core pillars: family, fitness, food, and fun, creating a dynamic, multigenerational alpine community.

More than a groundbreaking The Slope, this moment represents the realization of a long-term vision, shaping landscape, architecture, and experience with intention.
