The Oasis of Private Luxury
Piedramar is a collection of exclusive villas in Marbella conceived as a private oasis, where architecture, landscape, and water merge to create a refined living experience defined by privacy, calm, and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.
The architectural concept is rooted in the idea of an oasis within the city. Rather than a symbolic gesture, the project is defined by a spatial strategy that integrates built form with landscape to create a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Every element is carefully composed to enhance privacy while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding environment.
The master plan responds directly to the site’s natural topography. Villas are embedded into the terrain, forming a stepped configuration that ensures unobstructed sea views for each residence. This sectional approach allows the development to function as an inhabited landscape, where architecture adapts to the land instead of imposing itself upon it.
The architecture is intentionally restrained. Pure volumes, controlled proportions, and a strong horizontal language frame the horizon, while gardens, water features, and courtyards act as spatial organizers. Interiors open seamlessly to the exterior, creating fluid transitions between indoor and outdoor living. The result is a timeless expression of luxury, defined not by excess, but by precision, continuity, and the experience of living in complete harmony with the landscape.
