Conceived by Gomez Vazquez International in collaboration with Niz + Chauvet, this 29-story residential tower redefines contemporary luxury through architecture, curated interiors, and immersive amenities—creating a destination where design is not simply aesthetic, but a defining way of life.
The project embodies a bold architectural language shaped by elegant curves, expansive glazing, and carefully framed views of the city and Tampa Bay. Every spatial decision—from the triple-height lobby to glass-front balconies—was crafted to create a seamless dialogue between urban sophistication and coastal atmosphere, transforming the building into a living gallery of architecture and design.
Beyond the residences, more than 20,000 square feet of curated amenities elevate everyday living.
