Architectural Concept
ANIA emerges as a contemporary response to Monterrey’s rapidly evolving skyline. Conceived as a dynamic reinterpretation of vertical living, the project challenges conventional residential tower typologies through expressive form, strategic orientation, and a strong dialogue with the city. Its architecture prioritizes spatial experience, views, and urban connection, creating a residential environment where design, lifestyle, and the surrounding context converge into a distinctive architectural statement.
Form & Urban Presence
The tower’s volumetric composition introduces a subtle rotation that improves its relationship with the site while opening broader visual corridors toward the city. Vertical structural lines are intentionally accentuated along the façade, gradually shifting away from rigid orthogonality and dissolving organically into the building’s base. This gesture creates a sense of movement and elegance, giving the tower a recognizable presence within Monterrey’s skyline.
Living Experience
Across 34 levels, ANIA offers a curated residential experience through 71 units of varying typologies designed to accommodate different lifestyles. Complemented by a carefully planned sequence of amenities—including social spaces, wellness areas, and outdoor environments—the project promotes a balanced urban lifestyle where privacy, community, and everyday comfort coexist.
